Hi, I’m Gemma, founder of Cara Holistics and working Mam based in West Cork. My journey into holistic healing began through personal experience and a deep desire to support others through integrative therapies that offer deep holistic support.

With a BSc Honours Degree in Psychology, Reiki Master Level training, and a Diploma in Reflexology, I blend science, energy work and intuitive practices in my approach. My background includes over a decade in mental health, advocacy, and community development across Ireland and the UK.

I believe we all need support sometimes in our lives, and when we work together, I walk alongside you. I trust that we each have the answers we seek within us, but sometimes we need help to discover them.
